Counted my repeat clients last month and got 61, which is way more than I figured
I always assumed it was mostly walk ins, but I went through my book and 61 of my 90 cuts in March were guys who've been coming to me for over a year. What's your honest ratio of regulars to first timers, because I have no idea if 61 is normal or if I've just been too scared to raise prices.
