Always thought hot towels were overrated until a regular brought his own.

Yeah, that "completely changed my mind" thing happens a lot. I mean, you can ignore an idea forever until you see it work right in front of you.

Believed hot towels were overrated for years. They just felt like an extra step with no real benefit. But when a regular brought his own, I had to pay attention.
