Always thought hot towels were overrated until a regular brought his own.

Yeah, that "completely changed my mind" thing happens a lot. I mean, you can ignore an idea forever until you see it work right in front of you.

Believed hot towels were overrated for years. They just felt like an extra step with no real benefit. But when a regular brought his own, I had to pay attention. His skin looked much better, more moist and clear. I decided to try offering them, and the feedback has been great. It completely changed my mind on their value.

Eric, that regular customer with his own towel is a genius move. It took one guy's clear skin to undo years of doubt. Now you're probably boiling towels like a mad scientist!
