Tried using a fiber optic borescope to check behind a panel on a King Air and got a weird voltage reading on a nearby line.

I was checking for chafing on a bundle behind the avionics rack with a cheap inspection camera, and my Fluke meter started picking up a 60mV AC signal on a shielded data cable that should have been dead, which made me question if the camera's LED driver was putting out some EMI.

60mV AC is a tiny signal, almost noise floor for some meters. That fiber optic scope should be passive, just light and a camera sensor, so its LED driver wouldn't cause that. More likely your meter leads were acting like an antenna in a noisy avionics bay. Did you try moving the probe away to see if the reading dropped?

You sure that's not just meter noise?
