PSA: Factory repair times never match my actual work

Honestly, I use the standard guides for every job. Tbh, they're always too short, especially on older vehicles. Ngl, how do you handle pricing when the book is wrong?

My buddy had an old truck where the book time for a simple bolt was triple the usual because of rust. We just laughed and billed by the hour instead.
