Three hours to change a battery on my Outlander 450

Decided to swap the battery on my 2021 Can-Am Outlander 450 Saturday morning. Simple job right? Took me three hours because one of the terminal bolts was seized worse than anything I've ever dealt with. Had to cut the old cable end off and splice in a new one from the auto parts store. Anybody else run into factory bolts that are basically welded on?

Went through the EXACT same thing on my Polaris last year. Ended up having to use a blowtorch and a breaker bar just to get the damn thing loose. Took me a whole afternoon too because I snapped the first socket clean in half. That factory corrosion is NO joke especially if they use those cheap steel bolts that rust up instantly.

Dude same. Snapped two sockets on mine before I gave up and got the torch out.
