Spent 3 hours on a call for a fridge not cooling, turned out the kid had the temp set to 'off'

Three hours on the phone for that? The tech must have been ready to pull their hair out. You have to wonder what the kid was even trying to do. Setting a fridge to "off" is a whole new level of user error. That's a brutal way to spend half your workday.

I mean it's just a fridge, not a nuclear reactor. Kid probably just got confused with the buttons, happens all the time lol.
