So did they say filler arcs are actually good for character stuff or just a waste of time? I'm curious what the big takeaway was.

Wait, what did they say about filler arcs? I've always just skipped them, but maybe I'm missing something. Did the panel make a case for watching filler episodes now? I need to know if I should go back and rewatch some old shows differently.
