My dad hit me with a reality check about my old Palm Pilot

I was showing my dad my Palm Pilot Vx from 2000 last week and he goes 'why are you keeping a paperweight with bad battery life?' I told him it still syncs contacts and he laughed. Then he said 'son you're paying for cloud storage and using a device from 24 years ago to store 200 names.' I tried to argue it's retro cool but honestly he has a point. These things had 8MB of RAM and cost $300 back then. Anybody else got a gadget they keep around just for nostalgia even though it's basically useless?
