I found a forgotten darkroom in the basement of my new apartment building

Honestly, I was just looking for the laundry room when I saw a door with an old 'Photo Lab' sign. Inside, there's a full setup with an Omega enlarger, three trays, and a safe light that still works. The super said it hasn't been used since the 90s, but the last tenant left a box of Kodak Tri-X film in the fridge. I shot a roll of it last week and developed it down there, and the negs came out perfect. Has anyone else ever stumbled on a spot like this and brought it back to life?

Brought it back to life" is a strong way to put it. The last darkroom I found was just a moldy bathroom with a red bulb. My prints looked like they had the plague.

Forget bringing it back to life, you just hit the jackpot. That Omega enlarger alone is a solid piece of gear, and Tri-X lasts forever if it's cold. @anna_black's plague prints sound about right for a moldy bathroom, but a real sealed darkroom is a different story. Clean those trays and you're basically set for free.
