Warning: Called out a fuel leak that ate 6 hours of my day

I had a Cessna 172 come in with a small drip near the right wing root, figured it would be a quick O-ring swap. Turned out the fuel line had a hairline crack hidden under some old sealant, and I ended up tearing half the wing apart to replace it from the tank forward. Anyone else run into a simple leak that turned into a full day project?
