Vent: People keep stuffing wet food into the air fryer basket
I keep seeing posts where folks toss in marinated chicken straight from the bag. Dripping liquid everywhere. That steam kills the crisp. I ruined three batches of wings before I figured it out. Pat them dry with paper towels first. Anyone else notice this ruining their results?

Oh man, "steam kills the crisp" is such a real thing. I've definitely learned that one the hard way too, soggy wings are the worst.

Oh geez, tell me about it. I swear some people just toss a whole bag of wet chicken in there and pray for the best. It is like they want their food to be a steamed mess instead of crispy goodness. I started drying everything with paper towels until my hands are basically raw, and it is still worth it. Water and air fryers just do not get along, end of story. My wings finally come out crunchy now, not like sad, floppy rejects.
