Unpopular opinion: Frozen broccoli in the air fryer is a lie

I tried to make frozen broccoli in my air fryer last Tuesday after seeing a bunch of people rave about it. I set it at 375 for 10 minutes like the recipe said, but it came out all burnt on the edges and still raw in the middle. The little florets were basically charcoal while the big chunks were still icy. I think the issue is that frozen veg has too much water that just steams before it can crisp up. Next time I will thaw them first and pat them dry, or just stick to fresh broccoli. Has anyone else had this problem with frozen vegetables in the air fryer?

Burned my toast last week trying to be fancy with the air fryer so I feel this.

Learned this the hard way too - my first attempt looked like a crime scene with blackened bits and frozen chunks everywhere. Always dry those florets first unless you want your kitchen to smell like regret and burnt vegetables.
