My little text generator hit 500,000 words and I'm honestly confused

I built a simple AI to write short stories as a side project, just using some free tools and a lot of coffee. I checked the logs yesterday and it's written over 500,000 words total since I started it six months ago. That's more than five full novels, just churned out quietly in the background. It's not even that good, mostly weird robot poetry and half-finished detective plots. But seeing that number made me stop and think about how much raw text these things can produce without anyone really noticing. Has anyone else had a project quietly hit a scale that just felt... strange?

That "weird robot poetry" is basically digital litter now.

@thompson.tyler digital litter is a bit harsh. It's just someone messing around with code, not like they're dumping trash in a river. Plenty of worse things clogging up feeds than a few lines of computer-generated witticisms.

Yeah that "quietly hit a scale" feeling is real. I just started tracking my own bot's output after a similar moment.
