Vent: I thought the old GeoCities fan page for "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" was just nostalgia bait, then I spent 2 hours reading the 1999 guestbook
I used to skip right past those crusty old fan sites because I figured they were just broken links and pixelated GIFs. Then a week ago I clicked on a page called "Pete & Pete Polaris Palace" that hasn't been updated since August 2001, and I got sucked into the guestbook where people are still signing in from places like Dayton and Sheboygan. Someone named "ArtieFan4Life" left a note just 3 weeks ago asking if anyone remembered the exact shade of the orange football phone. I always thought these pages were just digital ghosts, but now I'm wondering if there's a whole world of these still-active comment sections I've been missing.

Someone on Reddit mentioned the Nickelodeon blimp site still gets guestbook sign-ins from 1998.
