Stumbled on a 2003 site for a defunct Chicago pizza place that still takes orders

I was looking up old menus for a project last month and found a fully functional site for 'Tony's Deep Dish', last updated in 2003. The order form still submits, and I got a bounce-back from a dead email address. Has anyone else found a site like this that's basically a digital ghost?

Honestly, that reminds me of trying to pay a bill online once. The payment portal looked straight out of 1998, but it still took my credit card info. I was so sure it was broken that I called them, and they said yeah, that old system still works fine on their end. It's wild how much of the internet just gets left running like an old motor in a shed. Makes you wonder who's still getting those pizza order emails, if anyone.
