I found a Geocities fan site for my small town that still loads perfectly in Netscape

So I was messing around on the Wayback Machine last night looking for old Angelfire pages about weird hobbies. I typed in my hometown of Bedford, Indiana just for laughs. Turns out some guy named Mike made a shrine to our local diner and the town water tower back in 1996. The page has this neon green text on a black background with a MIDI file of "Brown Eyed Girl" that still plays. I tried to open it in Firefox and it looked broken, but I dug out my old laptop with Netscape 4.7 and it loaded perfect. Like the layout was actually designed to work on that browser only. Has anyone else stumbled on a page that was clearly built for a specific old browser and just falls apart on modern ones?
