My kid actually ate Brussels sprouts after I air fried them this way
I was at my wit's end trying to get my son to eat vegetables, especially Brussels sprouts. One evening, I tossed them in a bit of olive oil and salt, then threw them in the air fryer at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. I shook the basket a couple times during cooking, which I learned helps them crisp up evenly. To my surprise, they came out golden and crunchy, not mushy like when I oven-roast them. My son took one bite and asked for more, which never happens. Now I make them this way every week, and it's become a staple side dish. I'm curious if anyone else has tricks for making veggies more appealing in the air fryer, or if you've had similar wins with picky eaters.
