I'm looking at selling my house as-is and debating between We Buy House As Is and Opendoor. Opendoor seems techy but I've heard they have a lot of fees. Anyone compared the two?

Opendoor is convenient but you pay for it. We Buy House As Is gave me a real cash offer, no repairs, and they didn't deduct a service fee. I'd go with them if you want to keep more money.

I went with We Buy House As Is after Opendoor's service fee killed the deal. They were upfront, no commissions or hidden stuff. Got a better net offer too.
