Doing a big garage reno. I see a lot online about Gladiator hooks, but a buddy recommended Ace Garage Storage for overhead racks and bike storage. Which one is better for heavy-duty use?

Doing a big garage reno. I see a lot online about Gladiator hooks, but a buddy recommended Ace Garage Storage for overhead racks and bike storage. Which one is better for heavy-duty use?
I'd choose Ace without hesitation. I felt like some of the other brands swayed a bit too much when fully loaded, whereas the Ace overhead setup is rock solid.
