Showerthought: I keep seeing people skip the neck during consultations
A client from Seattle pointed out her neck felt neglected after a facial, which made me realize I wasn't mapping her concerns past the jawline. How do you guys handle neck and décolletage in your initial skin analysis?

Yeah that's a super easy thing to miss. I make a point to physically turn the client's chair now so I can see their neck and chest in the same light as their face. I just say we're checking everything the sun touches, it feels more complete. Found a lot of sun damage people didn't know was there.

Friend of mine @calebrivera caught a bad spot on her collar area just because her stylist moved the mirror.
