Had a brutal 12-client day last Tuesday and my hands still hurt
I booked back to back facials for 8 hours straight and by client 9 I could barely feel my thumbs from all the extractions and massage work. Has anyone else found a way to handle marathon days without wrecking your hands and wrists?

Used to think grip strength was enough but stretching between clients made a huge difference for me.

Yeah, I totally get that. I was the same way - thought I just needed more strength work and everything would fall into place. But honestly, once I started actually taking a few minutes between appointments to stretch out my forearms and wrists, it made such a difference in how they felt the next day. I mean, I used to have that constant ache after a long session and just assumed it was part of the job. Now I'm kind of kicking myself for not doing it sooner, you know? It's crazy how something so simple can change how your hands feel for the rest of the week.
