Debating the extra minutes for stubborn pores
I had a client last week with really stubborn congestion that just wouldn't clear fast. I was already behind schedule, and I had to choose: rush through to keep my day on track, or give her skin the extra time it clearly needed. One side says sticking to the booked slots keeps things smooth and shows respect for everyone's time. The other side argues that taking those few extra minutes means better results and happier clients in the long run. I've done both, and when I rush, I always worry I didn't do my best work. But when I take the time, the next person in the waiting room might get upset. It feels like a never ending balance act between being efficient and giving good care. What's your take on handling this kind of time crunch?

How do you even make that call in the moment? I used to be all about sticking to the clock, but seeing a client's skin actually clear up after I took the time changed my whole view.

That "never ending balance act" is basically me trying to open a stubborn jar of pickles. Do I give up and put it back, or risk throwing out my wrist for that one crunchy bite?
