Brighter lighting fixed my messy solder problem overnight.
I used to struggle with tiny components in poor light. Adding a GOOD lamp made all the difference and saved me so much rework.

Seriously though, what KIND of lamp did you go with? Like @reesewilliams said, some are crazy bright. Do you use one of those big bendy ones?

Why did I spend years squinting at my workbench like a fool? I once tried to solder in the dark and ended up with a blob that looked like modern art. Now I keep a lamp so bright it could guide ships.
