Paid $900 for spray foam insulation in my garage ceiling
Everyone says spray foam is a no brainer for Edmonton winters but my garage temps barely changed and now I can't run wiring without cutting chunks out. Has anyone else regretted this stuff after install?

Damn, that sucks. Spray foam is hyped up way too much for garages honestly. The wiring issue is the real killer, you basically lock yourself into whatever you have planning wise before it goes in. Plus if you ever need to fix anything you're hacking through that stuff. I've seen people go back and wish they just did batt insulation for way less headache.
