Serious question, how long does a simple corner bead swap really take you?

I told a client in Denver it would be two hours, but the old bead was glued with some industrial adhesive and I spent almost six hours with a heat gun, a wide knife, and a lot of patience just to get it clean.

That industrial adhesive is a nightmare, a heat gun was my only hope too lol.

Actually, I've had good luck with just a scraper and some patience. Heat guns can mess up the surface underneath.

Guess we're all just out here picking our own special brand of adhesive hell.
