Honestly, I always thought working with someone so far away would be a total headache with the time difference. I figured you had to be stuck on calls at crazy hours or something. But seeing your post made it click for me. It's not about matching hours, it's about getting the work done on your own time and just handing it off. That's actually really freeing.
