Rant: My tablet pen died right before a client deadline, so I tried a potato.

I was finishing a character design for a client in Portland and my Wacom pen just stopped working, no stores were open. In a panic, I wrapped a potato in foil and taped a stylus nib to it, and it actually registered pressure in Clip Studio Paint for about 20 minutes, long enough to save the file. Has anyone else had to use a truly ridiculous backup tool when tech failed?

Oh my god, that's genius. I once used a carrot wrapped in a plastic bag when my mouse died during an online test. It was weirdly smooth.

What kind of stylus nib did you tape to it, and did you have to keep the potato wet or anything to keep it working? I'm amazed it held up for 20 whole minutes.
