Honestly, I love seeing that update. Those old paper catalogs and microfiche were a total pain to dig through. A tablet lets the guy at the counter search way faster and probably find the right part on the first try. It just makes the whole process smoother for everyone. Sure, the old way had charm, but I'll take efficiency when my truck is down.

Remember when I thought that was just a dumb gimmick? But my local place switched over and I got a weird sensor in like two minutes flat. Hard to argue with that.
