Worst print run of my life this Tuesday - 150 shirts ruined

Had a job for 150 shirts for a local 5k run in Austin. Got in Monday night, screens looked perfect, alignment was spot on. Started printing Tuesday morning and by the 30th shirt I noticed the underbase was cracking bad. Turns out the humidity spiked to 90% and my flash dryer couldn't keep up. Had to scrap the whole batch and redo it overnight. Anyone else had a weather issue totally wreck a print job out of nowhere?
