Rant: A customer in Denver wanted a single sticker printed on gold foil
I was working at a print shop in Denver about two years ago. This guy came in with a file for a single, tiny sticker and insisted it had to be on gold foil stock. I told him the setup cost would be over $50 for just one piece. He got really upset and said, 'But it's just one sticker, how hard can it be?' I had to explain the whole plate and setup process from scratch. Has anyone else had a client who just didn't get how minimum orders work?
