Tried a new way to set my outriggers on a slope in Portland

Had a job on a 15 degree hill last week. Instead of my usual block and level method, I used a laser level to set each pad. The crane sat so much more solid, zero bounce on the first lift. I always thought that gear was for fancy setups, but it saved me maybe 30 minutes of fussing. Anyone else use lasers for rigging on uneven ground?

How much was the laser level? I've been thinking about getting one but wasn't sure it was worth it for stuff like that. Sounds like it made a real difference.

Oh man, I read somewhere that they're a total game changer for hanging stuff.
