Found out last week that hair only grows about 6 inches a year on average

I was looking up why some clients seem to get zero progress between cuts and the growth rate stat honestly blew my mind. Made me wonder if there's any trick to speeding that up or if we're all just stuck waiting it out.

Wow, have you looked into whether biotin actually helps or is that just hype from influencers?

Hey @robert275, saw a dermatologist talk about this on a news segment. They said biotin only helps if you're actually deficient. Most people get enough from food. And taking extra biotin can mess up lab tests for thyroid or heart stuff. So yeah, probably mostly hype.
