Stumbled onto a Geocities shrine for early 2000s flash games that still works

Was looking for a old game called "Burger Run" I used to play in computer lab around 2003. Figured it was gone forever but I dug up this site that looks like it hasn't been touched since 2005. Every single flash file still loads and there is a guestbook with posts from 2002 thanking the guy for making it. Got to play the game for about 10 minutes before my browser warned me about Flash being unsupported. Anybody know a good way to run these old .swf files without Chrome blocking them?

Browser warned me about Flash being unsupported" - yeah, that's the problem right there. Flash was a security nightmare. All those old .swf files are just sitting there with known exploits. Running them through something like Flashpoint feels risky to me. @blairm44 might've had good luck but I've seen posts about those archive programs pulling in malware from old files. I'd rather just watch a playthrough on YouTube and move on. Safer than digging up decade old code on your machine.

Someone on Reddit was talking about using a program called Flashpoint. It basically archives all those old flash games and lets you run them offline without needing a browser. I used it to play a bunch of those weird cartoon games from Newgrounds last month and it worked fine. Might be worth checking out for that Burger Run game.
