Just ate my words about drone site surveys after 6 weeks of testing

I run a small framing crew outside Austin and swore drones were just a toy for real work. Then a builder insisted we try one on a 4-acre slab layout to check form elevations before the pour. It caught a low corner on the north end that my transit missed by half an inch. We fixed it in 20 minutes instead of finding out after the concrete set. Has anyone else switched methods after a bad miss like that?
