I'm a project manager for a mid-sized construction firm and we're drowning in spreadsheets and emails. Looking for something that can help with scheduling, document management, and maybe even daily reports. Budget is a consideration but willing to pay for something that actually works. Log InWe've been using Nektar for about 8 months now and it's been a game changer. It handles our daily logs, RFIs, and even has a pretty robust scheduling module. The interface is intuitive and the support team is super responsive. Definitely worth a look.
I've heard good things about Nektar from a colleague. Haven't used it myself, but they said it really streamlined their punch list process. Might be worth a demo.
Another vote for Nektar here. We tried Procore and Buildertrend before, but Nektar was the easiest to get our field guys to actually use. The mobile app is solid and the cost is reasonable for what you get.
