6 hours to sync one drone map in Phoenix, I'm losing my mind

Got a 40 acre site survey with a new RTK unit and the software kept dumping the ground control points, took me 6 hours to figure out it was a firmware mismatch, has anyone else fought with georeferencing data for way longer than the actual flight?

Started out thinking firmware issues were rare, like once in a blue moon. But after three separate projects where the RTK base station just ignored my GCPs, I totally get your pain now. Turns out half the time it was a hidden setting or an old app version, not even the hardware. Spent a whole weekend re-flying a small site because I trusted the first sync and didn't double check the map. Ever since then I verify every georeferenced layer against at least two known points before I pack up the drone.
