The tour guide at the Denver airport museum said the murals are just art, but the timing of the 1994 remodel still bugs me
I had a 3 hour layover in Denver last week so I wandered into that little museum in Concourse A about the old Stapleton airport. The docent was super nice and spent like 15 minutes explaining the murals and the runway layout, but when I asked about the 1994 dedication timing she got quiet and just said "it's public art, nothing more." Maybe she gets that question 50 times a day and is tired of it. But here's my thing, the whole exhibit skips past some of the funding details in a way that felt a little too tidy. Has anyone else been to that little museum and gotten a weird vibe from how they frame the remodel?
