That prediction about Bigfoot being a hoax by the 90s... I think we jumped too soon

Back in 1987, a retired park ranger told me the whole Bigfoot thing would be proven fake within 10 years because of trail cameras getting everywhere. But here we are nearly 40 years later and people still pull up blurry footage from the same spots. Has anyone actually found a clear shot that changed your mind either way?

Used to be pretty skeptical about the whole Bigfoot thing honestly. Maybe it was just me but I figured after all these years someone would get a clear photo with a decent phone or something. Then a few years back I stumbled across those old Patterson-Gimlin film analysis videos where they break down the muscle movement and gait frame by frame. Something about how the creature moves, the way the legs and arms swing in sync with each other, it just doesnt look like a guy in a suit to me. That kind of changed my mind a little bit, made me realize maybe there's more to it than just a hoax. Not saying I'm 100 percent convinced, but idk, that footage is harder to explain away than most people give it credit for.
