Remember when conspiracy forums were just about UFOs and JFK?
Last week I stumbled on a thread claiming the moon landing was faked with CGI from a 1960s supercomputer, and I miss the days 10 years ago when it was just guys arguing about Area 51 in grainy photos. Anyone else feel like these theories have gotten weirdly technical and hard to follow?

...and yeah man, I totally get that. It used to be fun and kinda goofy, right? Like you could jump into a thread about alien abductions and just have a laugh or throw out a wild idea. Now it feels like you need a physics degree just to understand half the claims people are making.
I was on one the other day where they were talking about quantum entanglement and time loops, and I just had to scroll past it. Honestly made me feel a bit dumb, even though I know they're probably just stringing together big words.
I miss the old days when a theory was just "the government is hiding a flying saucer in the desert." Simple stuff, you know?

Oh man tell me about it! I saw some post about "quantum consciousness" and interdimensional beings the other day and had to just close the tab, @blair_davis50 it was like reading a different language.
