Shoutout to the guy who fixed my DNS with a Post-it note

Had a client last month who kept losing internet every Tuesday at 2pm. Spent 4 hours swapping cables and testing ports. Turned out the office cleaner was unplugging the router to vacuum. Client wrote 'DO NOT TOUCH' on a yellow Post-it and stuck it on the wall. Problem solved. Anyone else deal with stuff that's more about people than hardware?

Man that Post-it note fix is probably the most reliable solution I've seen all week. People always overthink tech problems when it's usually just human error causing the mess. Cleaner unplugging stuff happens way more than anyone admits. Had a buddy spend three days chasing a network drop that turned out to be a janitor unplugging the server for a floor buffer. Sometimes the simplest fix is the one you least expect. You ever run into a problem that turned out to be someone just doing their job wrong?

Real quick though, maybe the cleaner deserves a break for doing their job.
