Just realized I finally dialed in my morning routine after six months of trial and error.

I used to just dump grounds into a filter and hope for the best, but after a friend in Austin showed me his method, I started weighing 22 grams and adjusting the grind. Anyone have tips for dealing with humidity changes messing with your brew?

What's your friend's Austin method? I'm curious about the grind setting you started with. Humidity is a real pain, my coffee tastes totally different in summer. Do you change the amount of coffee or just the grind size when it gets muggy?

Used to tweak the dose, now I just go coarser.
