Found a hidden gem cafe in a tiny town in Vermont

I was driving through Stowe, Vermont last weekend and stopped at this little place called Mountain Brew. They roast their own beans in a back room and the owner showed me their 1970s Probat roaster that's still running strong. The pour over I had was smoother than anything I've gotten at those big chain places. Has anyone else stumbled on a roastery that feels like a secret?

Ngl those hidden spots hit different. Found this tiny ramen place in a random alley once, best bowl I've ever had. Honestly makes you want to keep exploring more.
