Dropped $180 on a hand grinder and I'm honestly not sure it was worth it
I grabbed a mid range hand grinder back in March because everyone said it would fix the sour shots from my cheap electric one, and it did help but not $180 worth of help. The grind is way more even for pour over, but for my morning drip it tastes about the same and now I'm standing there cranking for two minutes before coffee. Did I just buy the wrong model or is the jump from a cheap blade grinder to burr really supposed to feel this small?
