Vent: That protest in Portland last June changed my recycling habits

I was at that big climate march in Portland last June. Watched a speaker show how only 9% of plastic actually gets recycled. Made me realize my sorting at home was mostly pointless. Now I just focus on reusing containers instead, anyone else ditch the recycling guilt?
