Stopped by a Cars and Coffee in Modesto last month and half the field was running radial tires on 60s steel wheels
Counted 11 cars in a row with whitewalls swapped for plain black radials, and not one of them had touched the suspension to match. Is anyone else seeing this in their area, or is it just a Central Valley thing?
