Am I the only one who changed how I salt pasta water after a line cook from Naples yelled at me
He grabbed my wrist at the pot during a slow Tuesday service and said the water should taste like the sea, not like a salt shaker, and honestly he was right. Anyone else get a tip from a coworker that stuck with you way longer than it should have?
