Are you sure it's been a full two weeks with zero calls or emails? I find that hard to believe unless you priced it way out of line with comps or the listing photos are bad. The weird price trick only works if there's actually some demand to begin with, and even then it's a gamble. Did you check how many people saved it on Zillow or followed the link? Sometimes they show activity on the backend that doesn't turn into showings right away. I think you might be panicking too early, give it another week before you decide it's a total bust.
