Got outbid on a Plaza Midwood bungalow by $15k and I still think about it
We were the second offer on a 3 bed on Ashberry Lane back in March, listed at $485k, and we went $20k over asking. The seller took a cash offer at $500k with no inspection, and our realtor found out at the open house that it was an investor who already flipped it. Should we keep playing the over asking game in 28205 or start looking in Villa Heights where it might be less crazy?
