My old boss in Tulsa said knee kickers are dead, but the guy who trained me said never trust a power stretcher on stairs
I've been running the kicker on stairs for 12 years and my knees are shot, so now I'm wondering who was right. Any of you ever switch to a power stretcher on steps and actually like it?
