That March drywall run near Tulsa still bugs me

We showed up to a house where the builder had framed everything out of treated lumber that was still wet. By noon the studs had twisted so bad our sheets wouldn't line up, we had to shim every single joint with scrap. The crew worked 11 hours straight just to get half the place hung, and the builder swore it wasn't his problem. Has anyone else had a client who refused to wait for lumber to dry before you started?
